Pearlescent pigment is a mica-based effect pigment, which can provide silk, illusion, metal and other textures to plastics, and is widely used in high-end automotive interior and exterior, electrical appliances, packaging and other plastic products. However, pearlescent pigment is in powder form, with small stacking density, easy to float, easy to absorb water, easy to agglomerate, which will lead to smaller particle size and loss of effect after mechanical extrusion with plastic particles. At the same time, some nanocomponents in pearlescent pigments will cause plastic degradation and yellowing.

To solve the above application problems, we use unique nano-residue-free pearlescent pigments, coated with various resin carriers, to produce dust-free particles of pearlescent pigments preliminary product, which improves the dispersibility of pearlescent pigments in plastics while maintaining the pearlescent effect to the maximum extent. This product can improve the mixing efficiency and feeding efficiency in the plastic coloring process, avoid the dust pollution in the production environment and reduce the destructiveness of the plastic particles to the pearlescent pigments.
